This mask was made to honor the year of the Rabbit. The Rabbit represents kindness and courage in the Chinese zodiac, they tend to be gentle, quiet, elegant, and alert.
This mask was painted with gold and red to honor the main colors used during the Lunar new year. Red symbolizes fire, good fortune, and joy. It is the color of happiness, used strictly for celebrations. Unsurprisingly, gold symbolizes wealth and prosperity. Together, they are used to spread the message of good fortune and prosperity for everyone in the coming new year.
This one of a kind Meisha Mock original is made with love. And unique to itself.
This mask is made of a high quality casting urethane. It’s one hundred percent hand made. I’ve sculpted the original sculpt, made a mold and casted the piece myself. This piece is then hand painted and faux fur is attached. And, most importantly this mask was made with so much love and passion.
The headdress has three ties two on either side, and one up top to create full support while wearing this piece.
