This mask was made to honor the year of the tiger. people born the year of the tiger are known to be courageous and energetic, love a challenge or competition and are prepared to take risks. They are hungry for excitement and crave attention. They can also be rebellious, short-tempered and outspoken, preferring to give orders rather than take them.
This mask was painted with gold and red to honor the main colors used during the Lunar new year. Red symbolizes fire, good fortune, and joy. It is the color of happiness, used strictly for celebrations. Unsurprisingly, gold symbolizes wealth and prosperity. Together, they are used to spread the message of good fortune and prosperity for everyone in the coming new year.

This mask is made of a high quality casting urethane. It’s one hundred percent hand made. I’ve sculpted the original sculpt, made a mold and casted the piece myself. This piece is then hand painted and faux fur is attached. And, most importantly this mask was made with so much love and passion.
The headdress has three ties two on either side, and one up top to allow full support while wearing this piece.
